  If I could give 0 stars we would. BUYERS BEWARE. WE PURCHASED A 2018 JERP GRAND CHEROKEE LARADO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I'd always said in past wouldn't buy a flying dog house from them. But this summer they were running some sales. So we purchased this jeep 7/14/23. We test drove it drove great no issues. Girl gave us car fax report didn't go over it was with a stack of papers. We brought car home that night.with a 3000 mile 90 day warranty. In 3 days car shifting hard. And my airbag had opened under dash . We called they took it in and said Transmission needed flushed. And should b fine. They came back about air bag SAID TO EXPENSIVE FOR THEM TO FIX SO THEY SUPER GLUED IT SHUT ! Back With rough shifting. Sobrought it in they looked at it again said it needs to adjust to adapt to our driving ( A BUNCH OF BULL ) Cause 3 days later it went back for rpms going up to 5000 b4 shifting. So they had it a month put 2 transmission in it and both failed. Put a third in it and gv it to us had it a week driving and it stopped going in reverse and drive at the store. Called and this CONNER IN SERVICE GAVE SOME LAME STORY THIER TOW GUY WAS OLD AND HAD 1 ARM COULDNT TOW IT SO WE PAID FOR THE TOW . UNDERSTAND BY NOW WE ARE ANGRY THEY ARE RUNNING OUT OUR WARRANTY AT THIS TIME it is 9/23 lies to cover up. I told them it's ridiculous we have been making payment on car we don't have after only had it 2 weeks they've had it longer than us . I told him I was gonna just contact lawyer to find my rights. and guy tells us we don't have any rights ! They can take as long as they want to fix my car. And that I'm threatening him. MIND YOU A 20,000 CAR . SO NOW ITS OCTOBER 18 AND THEY finally put a transmission in it USED WITH 150,000 MIlES carfax shiws shows odometer has possible rollback. And serpentini has sold this car 2 times in 3 months right up to the day the other person warranty was running out. Shows in carfax report we r the 3rd person own this car in 1YEAR. BEWARE

  I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. First of all I had a vehicle (Toyota 4Runner For Sale Privately) and they contacted me 1st and then the 2nd time. Offered me a decent selling price. I spoke with them and they agreed on a base price unless I am lying about the vehicle. So I after getting it in a text and verbal agreement I headed to their location which was a hour travel. When I get there they test drove it and everything was good. They came with a agreement of purchased of $30k. I signed it the sales person signed it and they even got me to sign over the title. The only thing left was me getting my check. Here is where they tried to manipulate me and said oh their system pulled up the wrong type of vehicle. So they can only pay $27k. Well i know this was a lie because I have other dealers that ran the same VIN and they all came up with the correct model of vehicle. I asked for a manager which **** showed up and i offered to go down to $29K even though they had my title signed over to them already. **** the manager laughed in my face when I told him he did this on purpose and lied to me. After laughing in my face in front show room where other customers were he turned around and walked away and said they wont do it and wont reimburse my costs of driving there and all the time wasted. I had to get a new title made and pay other people to come pick me up because of them lying to me in my face. And they said they take full responsibility for the mistake.... but wouldn't take responsibility. They did nothing to make it right. He was a very unprofessional manager. **** IS A DISGRACE AS A MANAGER AND BUSINESS PERSON!!! Uploaded pix for proof.
