    The company promised to remove tree but did not comply to contract. I tried to contact company but there were no return messages, phone messages, were not returned. In addition, I paid this company $800.00 in advance.

    We agreed on the scope of work which was to drop and cut up three trees, trim a branch out of a 4th and trim limbs from a 5th tree. They dropped two of the three trees and trimmed the 5th but never fully removed the 3rd tree (Left about 15' standing) and never removed the limb from the 4th tree. I paid them in full, including an additional $250. to drop an apple tree that was damaged when they cut down the first tree but the owner, ****** ********, never returned to finish the job. I called and texted him three times and while he responded, he never returned and balked about taking down the apple tree.

    We did not see this complaint and or/his text or calls after the first one we had got caught up in scheduling and forgot about the stalk we had left to cut. We have given him a text and call and are now waiting for him to respond to finish it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. Yes, they did reach out to me and I left them a text message back reiterating what needs to be done to finish the job.

    2. I have not heard back from them.

    3. I disagree in that they only need to remove one "stalk".  They also have another large limb to remove.  I suggested they simply drop an apple tree that was damaged when they took down one of the other trees.  Simple to do and probably easier than removing the large limb.  (no climbing and/or mulching needed)

    4. I had texted them twice before over the last 3 months and in each case, they responded that they would be back to finish up.  They never showed either time.
