    I contacted this business and I saw the advertisement in our ********* ********* on ******** ****. I contacted the company Concrete &Asphalt PatchandSeal.Com. Kevin K***** came to measure my driveway and provided a verbal and written estimate. I agreed to the proposal verbally. I forwarded the deposit via Zelle. We agreed on a time to provide the service. Kevin K***** subcontracted the work to an unknown entity. Three people can in a white truck with an attached device. They used patch material and spray. They arrived at 11:20 and an older woman came to the door 2 hour later and informed me that the job was completed. My driveway did not look finished. I took pictures and forwarded them to Mr. K***** and he initially agreed with me. He promised to resolve the issues. He later told me that there was nothing he could do. He blocked me and did not respond to my text or phone messages. I paid $2600 for this service. They left debris on the grass and concrete area in front of my garage. The patch work is not set properly. They did not Seal the driveway at all. I need help to resolve this situation. He asked to put a sign in front of my home. I removed it as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Please help me resolve this matter. Thanks **** *****
