    Horrible people yelling at customers specifically to children never go there they are rude and the owner that is tall and bald cussing and yelling at a female to where she was scared of the man was going to abuse her never go there

    This is not what happened. This customers daughter stole candy at our establishment. When my clerk addressed the issue, the mother said that she was so mad at her daughter and she couldnt believe that she did that, but an apology was never given. Me being the tall bald owner referenced in her complaint, had not one interaction with this woman while this situation was being dealt with. My brother, the other owner, was brought up to speed on the situation. He spoke to the girl and asked her if she knew what she did was wrong. She responded yes, and the situation was resolved. The woman came back into our store and began berating my employee for saying something to her daughter about stealing the candy. I stood there listening to what she had to say, until I tried to talk very nicely to her, but she would not listen and kept talking over me. She did not want to accept accountability for what her daughter did, so I told her to raise her children better. At no time did I cuss at her, or threaten her and I have several customers who can attest to this womans behavior, especially when she had some choice words for me walking out the door. We have been in business for almost 50 years, and anyone who looks at our reviews on any platform can see that our customers love us. Also this womans review on ****** was taken down for violating its policies after my customers, who were in the store at the time, contacted them and told them what really happened. I take quite a bit of pride in what we do at our store, and I can tell you that the people of Obetz love us.
