    I placed an order on 12/20/2024 and selected 2nd day rush delivery for an additional cost of $12.50. The cost of the parts ordered was $19.99. The total amount billed to my ****** account was $32.49. I received an order confirmation from singeronline (attached below) that shows a breakdown of the charge. I did not receive any additional information on my order until 12/25/2024 when I was notified that a shipping label had been created and was awaiting carrier pickup. I did not receive the item until 1/2/2025. This clearly does not meet the 2 day rush shipping that I paid for. I reached out to the seller via email and phone to request that the shipping be refunded and I received no reply.

    On 3/3 I ordered a part from singer online order#****** I paid 29.95 for the part and for priority mail for a total of 38.65 which they have already charged to my card. On 3/4 I received an email stating my order was in shipping and I would receive an email momentarily with tracking number. I received no such email and after three phone calls and two emails still nothing. Your phone calls go to an automated voicemail to leave a detailed message and either ******* doesn't exist or just doesn't answer emails. Thank You ***** ******* ******************** **********

    Customer emailed after hours Monday, we responded with update the following day, Tuesday. This is a foolish premature complaint, for an order that was in processing and on schedule to ship timely. It was pulled from shipment and fully refunded.

    a response from earlier call. I also called again on Tuesday

    and again after no response I emailed again during their

    business hours.

    I placed a small order for a sewing machine part on January 5, 2023. I received a confirmation of the order the following day. When I did not receive the order, I placed an email requesting status on January 19, 2023. No response received. A few days later I called the Customer Service number and no answer. I left a message and again, no response. On January 31, 2023, I sent an email requesting status of the order. No answer. It's a small order BUT as there has been no communications received, I believe it's in the best interest of other consumers to let folks know that this business seems to be running a scam.     This customer is not emailing the correct point of contact for customer care. There is no history of this email address on file. SINGERonline is a decorated veteran-owned business who pride in customer communication and order satisfaction. These comments are unpatriotic, this order has been fully refunded.

    I will, however, let friends and family know about the poor customer service and advise against purchasing from this company.

    I thought the issue was the foot pedal so I ordered a replacement from SingerOnline.com but after that didn't work, I took the sewing machine into a shop and the issue seems to be internal with the circuit board. I made a request to return the pedal as the website says 'Easy Returns.' I first reached out via email and then phone to start a return process. No response. I shipped the product back to the address listed on the website. The tracking code shows the return was delivered on September 26, 2022 but I have not received a credit back to my card. I reached out again to check status via email on October 7, 2022 with no response. I left a voicemail on October 13, 2022 with no response. I can attached all the communication that I have sent with no response from SingerOnline.com. I just want my money refunded for the product I returned.
