Paid the owner ***** ***** $6,750 (half of cost) to extend a driveway and pour a footer for a garage. ***** took 6 months and still didn't start the project. At that point my situation changed and the garage was not longer going to be built. I asked ***** for my money back. He came up multiple excuses and never refunded my money.

On April 26 I signed a contract with ***** ***** to put in a new driveway at my house, the price was 4800. I gave him a down payment of 2000 dollars. After months of excuses I finally cancelled the job. He said ok and and told me he would bring back my money. Well after weeks of excuses of why he can't bring me my money, I'm now turning to the BBB for and opening a small claims suit against him. Do not use this man, he is openly steeling money from is clients and not returning it.
