    I have tried to contact Gutter Logics, LLC to come to my house and correct some issues that have occurred with the gutters that was installed over 2 1/2 years ago. They are leaking badly. When it rains, the water leaks badly and puddles in the yard. I had them cleaned and it was discovered that they are 'pitched' correctly. So the water is not deposited properly in the down spout. I tried to call this number, ************. The message was that the number was not working. Please let me know what can I do. This is not acceptable.

    Gutter Logic installed new gutters and downspouts on my house in April of 2021. After the first rain storm I had noticed the gutters were not properly draining down the downspouts and leaking over and behind the gutters and not working properly. After further inspection of the gutters once they were dry I had notice there were improper holes drilled from the gutter to the downspouts, essentially blocking water form getting to the downspouts and causing an issues with water properly draining down the downspouts. I had reported the issue to the call center and the regional manager starting in June 2021 and repeatedly contacted the regional manager and customer care support from June 2021 until this past week July 2022. My first 2 complaints I was told a technician would come out to look at the gutters and schedule a repair and both times no one showed. I then continued to call, text and email the company looking for a resolution and up to this point have received 0 response and 0 resolution. My gutters were installed improperly and they do not work and I would like to get what I paid for, a lifetime warranty on working gutters and downspouts
