I hired Cross nuisance wildlife removal to do a bat exclusion on my house. He came August 26,2022 and did a quote during his quote he said he would proof the inside and outside of the home pointing out things that needed patched and how. I showed him how to get into the attic and pointed out he can cut an access in the ceiling to get to the other part of the attic. He never once went into my attic. He never bat proofed anything inside my house. He also made mention of power washing my house and cleaning the feces out of the attic. I made a payment that day of 750.00 and another 750.00 on two different credit cards. He claimed he would bring my contract over on his next visit.

Next he came over to start and he only stayed outside, the next few visits after canceling and being late multiple times he chose to come on days I was working so I couldn’t see what was being done. I came home to trash in my yard and tools left on my roof. He later made mention of the cleanup of feces and power wash but now it’s an extra charge instead of being included like he led me to believe. Then he decided the bats were gone without going into the attic to check. He wanted his last payments. I put another 375.00 on my card. The next day I text him and asked for the contract before he got his last payment. The last payment was cash of 275.00 and he gave me the contract. That was September.

By October I had found another bat. I text him my concern with the bat. He came over and did a bat watch. That was the end of it. I found a second bay he canceled my appointment to come over staying the snow flurries would not allow him to go on the roof. Again he never wanted to get into the attic.

I have now found a third bat inside. I have lots of squealing In the attic. He is aware of this. I asked for refund he keeps fiddling around about it instead of coming to see for himself that the bats are here and returning my money.

I hired another company to do an estimate they showed me pictures of all the bat feces and bats sleeping in the attic gable vent. The same vent cross nuisance told me had no bat poop or bat activity in them. I made payments to cross nuisance in the sum of 2,150 dollars and he never got rid of my bats.

Called business to find out what is going on per voicemail business stated that he advised the consumer of bat poop outside on the floor of the house. The contract states that whatever work he does is warranted by him he will come back and do it for free. In the contract it states Bats are hard to evict which is covered by a whole year. Business states 6 weeks the consumer states 4 weeks since he finished the job. Gave the consumer a net to catch the Bat because the consumer saw another bat after the job was done. Business states he has spoken to consumers about his illness and the time frame it would take. Business states that there are a ton of Bats in this house it will take time to remove.  Business does not feel like he should refund anything as he did his work and has come out every time he can for the consumer. Business closed the Bat hole and told the consumer to call him if there were any issues. Business states bats move and they are hard to get rid of. Bats usually are gone in a couple weeks, business states that he did the Bat watch twice with the right temperature and right time a day, he had no knowledge that the Bats went back to the vent. Business states he told her he would give her a contract, he stated he tells his consumers to take a look at it before signing.
