      I bought a vape a two days ago. I paid $94.99 plus tax =$101.88, and batteries for $21.44. When I got it home, and tried to use it, I found the juice leaks out the side of the tank. I returned to the store this morning, and spoke to the clerk about the issue. She said they can't tell if something happened to it after I left the store. I explained that I knew how to take care of vapes but am having problems with this one. She said it's working. I said you can hit it, but it leaks juice out the side. She then took it from me and put her mouth on it and hit it. I was stunned!. She returned it to me and said it works. I said I know you can hit it, but the juice still runs out the side. I asked to speak to a manager. She said he was not available to speak with me. She declined to provide his contact information to me so I am not able to reach out to him directly for help. She was very rude and disrespectful.

      Our store policy is all sales are final which are listed and stated in our store with signs and also written on our receipts. The item sold to her was sold new in a factory sealed package. We advised her of our return policy and also that the product has a valid warranty through the company itself and with proof of purchase she would be able to have a new one sent to her. The customer was not pleased with our response, became very ill-mannered with our employee, and requested the owners direct phone number. Our employee then informed her that she was unable to give out that information and that we would be able to write her information down and forward it to the owner to have him reach out directly. We then reached out the following day and had her come back to the store with the product and she admitted she had dropped the product. Out of good faith, we decided to resolve the issue by directly ordering in a replacement piece for her. Once the piece arrived a couple of days later, we called her in, installed the piece for her, and tested the product inside of the store and the issue was resolved.
