      Buyer beware especially for their plumbing division.Had an appointment scheduled for an installation between 8am and noon which is customary for any service provider to provide a timeframe. At 11:45 when I had not heard from the company or the technicians to see if they were still coming I was informed they had a meeting that went long in the morning and they should be there within an hour. At 2:25 the techs finally arrived at my house to do the install.The technicians did not give the feeling they knew what they were doing as far as the install of the product, they were unable to answer questions I had about the product and they bad mouthed other technicians to me. The work that was estimated to be completed was not completed on the same day and had I not called to question it with upper management at DorMar it would have never been completed.All I received was a sorry for how unprofessional the techs were. I felt that I was overcharged for the products and work that was done and was never even offered a discount or a refund for the job. It took another 2-3 weeks to have them come back and completely finish the job and based on the work that was done it was very sloppy and unprofessional in my opinion.I have used DorMar for almost 10 years and it seems they no longer care for the customer and they just want to get the job done as quickly as possible and attention to detail and quality suffers. While I know I am leaving a negative review in hopes this doesn't happen to other individuals. There are a handful of techs there that do care and would do a good job. But based on this last experience I am looking for a new service provider.I could have gone out and provided a lot more details about how unprofessional, sloppy and how this was an extremely bad experience but I was limited as to how much I could provide in this review. Again I felt I would be doing a disservice to others who read reviews if I didn't make others aware.

      The servicemens were very nice, polite, and very friendly. **** me informed about everything and very professional in their work ethic. Very happy to have them replace my ancient furnace and do the upgrade with the central air! Highly recommend this company!

      We were blown away by the professional, knowledgeable, friendly, organized contact we had today with *****. He showed up on time and evaluated our furnace, hot water heater and AC. We knew we were prob going to spend some money for replacements. We felt he was being honest with us regarding the replacements. Did not feel his recommendations were just to make money. We signed a contract contract and he assured us his crew will be back tomorrow to get started on the items that need replaced. He also took time to just talk to us about life in general. We appreciated that very much and will highly recommend Dor Mar to others. We also want to compliment the receptionist who scheduled the contact. She answered the phone!!! (Unheard of now days) and went right to work to listen to everything we needed! Very professional and friendly! *** Mar is a family owned business and has been around 65 years. Its great to see that the family owned business attitude and customer ********************** is still alive!

      I have used this company for ten years. I cannot say enough about their great service and super nice staff. If I call they come and any problem is resolved. Love their techs and office staff. Really great to know they take such great care of their customers.

      ***** **** did a great job, and was very personable. He was happy to discuss a replacement thermostat. My dog liked him, so that's a plus!

      **** did a great job cleaning out my ducts and dryer vent. Was very friendly and explained everything to me. Would definitely use Dor Mar again.
