    Well, going to make this short as I can and to be honest, these may actually be a complaint that I should be posting under and have them reviewed by the BBB; but anyhow. So we have about 20 trash carts with them. One of our apartment units have 5 units and we pay for 5 CARTS and pick up. About 4 months or so ago, we had an issue and one of our carts where taken by a neighbor. For the last 4 months, multiple calls, multiple people calling, and the like we still don't have a trash cart. Now this is a huge issue for a number of reasons, one not all trash is making it out, Two we are taking trash elsewhere to get it picked up, three we can't just put bags of trash by thr street and think that the wild animals or strays will not rip them open. Now, they got upset being I said F&^% on a message. This is after 4 months, not only was it not towards anyone but it was towards the situation. Now they decided that it would be fine to call me, not listen to anything I had to say and hang up on me. Mind you, I was polite and said no swear words or the like while on the phone but Georgia decided it didn't matter and to hang up on me. They informed us all trash was being picked up, which clearly isn't the case and they wouldn't issue any kind of credit. Now, if I am not mistaken, there are codes and laws about trash carts and the like and how they must be to be picked up and how much they need to weigh, I have a trash company who will not give me a cart, keeps saying it will be there in a day or two, never gets here and is upset that I am upset and can't see why I would be when I'm not getting the full service we are paying for. Sadly this isn't the only thing I've heard. My best friend had to cancel because they would just keep forgetting to pick it up and tell them next week. Well it is a weekly pick up not when you want. You shouldn't offer a service you can not honor and you surely shouldn't get upset when your customers are upset about the lack of service. Price not worth it.
