    I have reached out several times to High Impact Tree Service about finishing a tree removal (that was started over 4 months ago) by grinding the remaining stump, and it still has not been taken care of. I had a dying oak tree taken down on January 18, 2023 at my home (*** ** **** *** ** ******. I first inquired on April 12, almost 3 months later, about the stump grinding, which I was told in November 2022 was included in the estimate and the price I paid in January for the full tree removal. I asked when the stump would be ground up, and the owner replied that their stump guy would be out that weekend to take care of it. I was expecting it to be done that weekend on approximately April 14th, 15th, or 16th. A couple weeks later on April 24 I still had the stump and contacted High Impact again about when I could expect that to be done. The owner told me that the weather has been bad, and it was very rainy, so that I should expect the stump guy to be out that Friday or Saturday, April 28th or 29th. I have contacted the same number that I got the first two dates from and sent emails asking when my job is going to be completed. I waited another month after the second time I was given dates for this job to be done in April, and when I reached out a third time, now I am getting no response whatsoever, yet my job is still incomplete. All other parts of this job were done in January 2023, and as of today, June 2, 2023, I still have the stump. I reached out last week on May 25, 2023 and have gotten zero response to a third inquiry of when this stump is going to be ground up like they said they would do. High Impact has also never followed up with me when they give me dates that the stump grinding is supposedly happening and no one shows. I just want the job completed and for the company to be in contact with me about when this is actually happening since they’ve given me two dates where no one showed and now I’m not getting any response from them.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by High Impact Tree Services LLC regarding complaint ID ********.

    I last reached out on May 25, 2023 before filing this complaint on June 2,2023.  My last correspondence with High Impact was on Monday, April 24, 2023 when they told me the stump would be ground up that Friday or Saturday. The stump has still not been ground up as of today, Thursday, July 6, 2023.

    High Impact Tree Service was hired to cut down a large tree to ground level from our yard at **** *** ***** **** **** ****** **** ***** so that an above ground pool could be installed. High Impact Tree Service did cut the tree down on September 8th 2022 prior to the pool installation date. High Impact Tree Service was to cut the tree down to ground level but left approximately 8 to 10' of the tree trunk still remains to be taken down. My wife who initially hired High Impact Tree Service had reached out to Josh to complete the job on September 29th 2022 which Josh replied that they would be back out to cut the trunk down. Josh was contacted again by me on November 21, 2022 to finish the work which Josh said they would be out soon to finish, which did not take place.
