      I am filling this complaint in regards to **** Racing Engines (New Zealand) HRE HRE purchased a set of Engine ****s and a set of Valves at a total price of $5687.96 (invoice #24640) back in September 17, 2021 These ****s were to have copper seats and titanium valves. The ****s were sent to HRE without the copper seats and HRE has never received the valves. HRE has made numerous attempts to contact Pro-Filer with no response (after the fist contact). Last year HRE contacted me to see if I could help contact Pro-Filer witch I did, after talking to **** (the owner) regarding the past invoice and product due to HRE….I was told he would get back to me. He has not tried to contact me and now wont answer the phone. I called **** on July 26,2024 with a friends out of state phone, and **** answered. **** told me that he would talk to me on Monday or Tuesday when I got back to work (09/29-30/2024) I have not been able to get through to them (phone only rings for a bit, then to voicemail) I have emailed and left voicemails numerous times without results. This week I blocked my phone number and he answered, I gave him the invoice number and he put me on hold to pull the file (I was told) then he hung up and will not answer again. I am asking for some help with either receiving a refund for HRE or the products paid for received to HRE.
