    My wife and I used Martin Productions to do videography work for our wedding on 12/16/2023. We paid $1750 prior to the wedding day.

    Max Martin came to our wedding and was pleasant to work with the day of the wedding but then everything went south. After two months of no communication, we reached out for an update on our videos and our teaser video on 2/9/2024. After 8 days, he finally replied and said he had some delivery issues with our teaser and was working on our content. He said it would be delivered before March.

    On 3/6/2024 we reached out again since we had not heard back. He replied the same day and said he would refund our teaser (havent received a refund) and would upload asap. Another month and a half passed until we reached out again on 4/24/2024 for an update. He replied 5 days later on 4/29 and said he was fully caught up and provided our wedding videos link and told us our videos should appear in a few days. (Nothing was uploaded)

    We reached out again 9 days later for an update as the videos were not up. We reached out again 5 days after that due to no reply. He then replied and said he will recreate the link and reupload. After two weeks and multiple follow **** we received our teaser. He then went silent for 3 months until I threatened to file a breach of contract with the Cuyahoga county courts. He uploaded all our content. Except, he was missing two of our speeches, the highlight video was 2 minutes shorter than we paid for, and he did not upload our ceremony video.

    We expressed our disappointment in these shortcomings and he promised to fix these asap on 10/17/2024. We are now another month later and another update email was sent to him on 11/19/2024 to which he has not replied. We are less than a month from our 1 year anniversary and the only completed item we have from our paid for package is the teaser video. He has failed to meet promised deadlines and repeatedly lied to us while taking weeks in between to answer.
