    I have been in need of a tree transplanted. I have been in contact with ******* for over a years time. I have been in contact with him continually, to have the tree moved. I have been told time and time again a week that they'd be out, but he just didn't show up, no courtesy call, and I've always had to reach out to him. Its been very dry here and its not going to get dryer than its been. At this point, its warm and summer temperatures, and we've lost another season to get the tree moved. Also, ever since they began to dig the tree up,(then decided to leave it) its looking like its dying. When I contacted ******* again, feeling frustrated by how long we've been put off, he had the nerve to tell me he didn't like my attitude and wasn't willing to do business with me!!! Very nervy, considering all the effort I've had to put into dealing with this guy. I do NOT recommend using this company at all

    ******, we did attempt to move your tree. The ground was too saturated with ground water for a root ball to hold together. You even agreed. Also we prepped the new location as well. We can not control the weather. Now you did reach out to us near the end of last season, just about 8 months ago. We had a wet winter and temperatures never allowed for the ground to firm up. Once again, the weather conditions weren't favorable. I'm sorry you were not happy with your experience.
