1. To better serve our customers and streamline operations ALL ORDERS are now final after 48 hours! No cancellations/replacements will be accepted for any reason after that.
2. Due to ease of copying we no longer accept returns. Defective items will be replaced by a working copy of the same item. Customer will return defective items, at their expense, for review. If LTC is unable to provide working replacements we will issue a purchase price (no shipping cost) refund.
