4 ft. white washed table cloth. Want to exchange for 4 ft shabby chic. I have been emailing number of times. They did answer one email until I asked for an exchange, then nothing. I bought this white washed table cloth to match two 5 ft long table clothes that I purchased a few years ago from Stack Display.Business Response

Placed an order on 07/29/23 by mistake, immediately canceled by sending an email, thru the company's chat and on their instagram account messaging. I received no response from them so I placed a dispute with my credit card company immediately after it posted. I never received any tracking number, product, correspondence from them, ever and it's been almost 2 months now. I was able to track down the owner info an left a voice message on her cell phone, no response. Basically this person is a crook and needs to take down the website for fraudulent dealings. More i search on this, more people in the same boat as me. Please stop this thief!Business Response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our records reflect he ordered an item which was out of stock. He was waiting on the item because it was on back order. We advised a back ordered item is not refundable, adn there would be a delay in shipping. He asked us for a refund, and filed a dipstue with his credit card. We advised him we would not contest the charge back.
He told us the bank had reversed the charge.

On 3-21-2023 I placed an order with Stack Displays. The total was $407.87. On 4-16-2023 I emailed them inquiring about my order. I got no response. On 4-23-2023 I contacted them via Facebook Messenger. I received a response that my order was "stuck in transit". I was told another order was being shipped out and I would receive it by Thur-Fri. Nothing arrived. I again contacted them via messenger on 4-28-2023 asking for a tracking number. They said the office was closed and they couldn't access that system. I was told they would send it on Monday. I didn't get it. I was told they would refund me if I shipped the items back when I received them. Again I contacted them on 5-3-2023 asking for the tracking numbers. I get a response saying " We were able to intercept the package from UPS and we should be receiving it back by tomorrow. As long as the products aren't damaged, we will then issue your refund. You should receive it within 7-10 days depending upon your bank or credit card, but it typically doesn't take that long." They went on to basically blame me that the shipping problem was MY fault. On 5-11-2023 I contacted via messenger again. I got no response. Again on 5-16-2023, no response. On 5-30-2023 I posted on their public FB page telling others what happened to me. They immediately banned my access to the page and blocked me on messenger. They will not respond to emails or messages through Instagram. I still have not received my refund. I can not locate an exact address for them other than Columbus OH, nor can I find a phone number. To be honest I don't think they ever shipped anything because they refused to give me tracking numbers. I simply want my refund.Business Response

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Our records reflect she placed an order but ordered the wrong items. We upgraded her item to a more expensive item, which we didn't charge her for. There was a mistake in thshipping. We had the item reshipped to her. In the mean time, she filed a charge back, and received the money from her credit card.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I just want the facts stated. It has taken them
1.5 yrs to respond. Yes I did contact my bank and eventually received a charge back. The facts are that the company NEVER shipped the items. They themselves said they cancelled the order. I provided their statements in my attachments. They did not offer me a more expensive product. I immediately, within minutes of placing the order, contacted them about the wrong size. They said it would be no problem. They refused multiple times to provide a tracking number but kept insisting they shipped it. Then they changed their story and said there was a problem and they would reship another one. Again they would not provide a tracking number but insisted it was shipped a 2nd time. Then changed the story again and said they cancelled the shipment after it was already sent out. Truth is they are LIARS and NOTHING was EVER shipped. When I asked for a refund they refused and told me it was my fault. When I kept demanding a refund they blocked me from being able to contact them anymore. So yes I contacted my bank since this company REFUSED to correct or resolve the situation!! They simply just expected to keep my $400 and not refund it. Thankfully when I provided all the evidence of communications with my bank, they clearly were able to see this company's unwillingness to acknowledge and correct their mistakes. The time it took them to even respond to this complaint, 1.5 yrs, clearly shows their incompetence as a business! I have never ordered from them again nor will I ever! I do many craft shows and have alerted other craft vendors to this companies deceptive practices.
Honestly I was t aware this complaint was still open. I thought it was closed 1.5 yrs ago.
Now that the truth has been stated and my bank gave me my money back, I no longer need this complaint to be open.
