    Appraisal link is a rip off appraisal company it just takes your money and don’t really get the job done. I gave them $600 to do an appraisal on a house and has to turn around and give them $225 to have a stove moved two steps away. So they would pass my appraisal for my loan. They are a rip off stay clear.

    My only experience has been requests to bid for appraisal assignments. But I accidently discovered today what I already suspected. The bidding process is a sham. I received a bid request to be submitted by 1:05 PM CST today. I submitted it the day before. I had bid on an earlier assignment, that said I was the appraiser, but I didn't get a confirmation on. When I called, I was told that and this assignment went to another appraiser? This was before the bidding period was supposed to end. Hmmm.They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. Appraisers, beware of this company and stay far away from them.

    Hi *******, we take all comments and reviews very seriously. The main consideration we take into account when awarding orders via Mercury is On Time Percentage. We will not award orders to appraisers that are consistently late. In looking over your statistics on Mercury, it appears your On Time Percentage rating is 2 out of 5 stars. This is an indication of consistent late reports, which would not qualify to be placed with us.
