    July 16, 2024 - Had oil change done on ************** he took tiller with him since still wasn't working - payed $162.88 that day for oil change + tiller work. I was told that it'd be done and dropped off in one-two days.July 26, 2024 - I messaged for update on tiller since there had been no contact or update - was told it hadn't been touched and would be worked on that weekend Sept 9, 2024 - I messaged again to ask for update on tiller since there had been no communication for over a month Sept 10, 2024 - Got a response that it just got finished that ******** would be dropped off the next day along with additional bill for part Sept 12, 2024 - Got messaged the bill for $40 ($42.90 with tax) for misc ********************* also got messaged that it'd be dropped off later that day since they got busy the day prior - I responded that I would pay after receiving the tiller Sept 15, 2024 - I messaged again to make sure it wasn't dropped off at wrong place since it still isn't here I have received no more communication since the message on the 12th and I am still without my tiller for over 2 months. I have tried to be patient since things come up, but there is no reason that I am the one that has to instigate communication for delays on another person's end. At this point, it seems like the only solution is to get a third party (BBB) involved since my kinder approach has yet to work.
