    Apparently, the email provider I've used for 15 years has been purchased or merged with this company without customers being informed. Last year, I was notified in October by **********, my provider at the time, email was going to cost $29.95 annually, which I thought was reasonable. Nothing more was heard from them until I noticed a $5.00 withdrawal from my bank October 23, 2024. I could not get emails to go through to ********** and when I tried calling the number on their site, I reached a support line that would only allow me to leave a voice mail. Finally I found the ISPMonsters website, which is where ********** apparently is now, and again, only voice mails allowed on their phone line, which is a technical support line. Their website says email cost is $5.00 per month or $60.00 per year, double what it was last year. I'm not happy with their lack of customer service and not being informed of a doubling of the fee, just an automatic withdrawal month to month! I can't recommend this outfit anymore!
