    Horrible customer service, I sent them a reloading die which I feel is defective, that was many, many weeks ago. I e-mailed them several weeks ago and got the brush off. Since then I have e-mailed them twice, once, through the "contact us" link on their web site, and once to the e-mail address for the apparent owner. No replies to either of these e-mails. I have also called them twice, no one answers so I left a detailed voice message but guess what? No phone call back. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life, bar none.
