      There a fraud on Plex systems they use cellphone sim cards that they take out of phones they fraud there viasat internet systems with shitty techs and close service calls and say there isn't a issue and there is there rude to all there customers and hold there employees checks when they quite

      BEWARE with dealing with this company. I wouldn't trust these people. We ordered their Plex System for 350.00 and at the beginning, they had some bad units sent to them and said if you get one they would replace it. Two days later their box didn't work and the nightmare began. We called to get it replaced and they told us that you would need to buy another unit (350.00) and that once they got the other one back they would refund us. We said no and to email us a return label and we would send it back, then send out another unit. They actually cursed at us and told us no and good luck with getting our money back (even though their intro email explained that we would get back all but $80 if we canceled). We filed a dispute with our Credit Card Co. and sent them all the info including the return tracking number for the returned product. We finally got all of our money back from the credit card company. PLEASE be aware of doing business with these people.

      The worst service ***** I have ever dealt with. 3 appointments made and 3 appointments no show on Direct TV's part. Not even a phone call explaining why. I called them and asked what's the problem. Their answer was we do not have enough technicians. they deserve a D- rating.

      I have never been treated so bad by a company until this company. Our internet has been out for over 7 weeks. We are trying to run a business and this makes things very difficult. Many calls to the company have been made to try to resolve the issue. I don't know what kind of company they are running, but I have a feeling they are doing some shady things. They have made us pay for different boxes, sim cards, etc. After still not fixing the problem, my husband called and was hung up on. I then called to ask them to make things right with us. There was a man in the background yelling while I was speaking to a woman. She refused to listen to me and said the only way to try and fix it is to make the 2.5 hour trip to their business with the faulty box. After yelling at me and treating me terrible, she hung up on me also. I work in customer ********************** and I would NEVER speak to anyone the way I was spoken to. Stay away from this company!
