    I ****** has taken the quad to precision performance in the beginning of may and they said that they would have the quad fixed after a few weeks they stopped communicating with me on any progress on the quad and then in the mist of all the caos their mechanic that was working on it walk out on them so they had no idea what was going on with the quad what needed to be fixed and not knowing where all the parts are or were so when we got it back the first time it was July 21, 2023 the other ***** said that it was ready to go and so we had waited for over 4 hours for them to finish the quad once it was finished we loaded the quad up and took to the races when we got their and was ready to race the quad would not shift or go into gear took off oil cap and nothing but water came out where should of been oil, also the battery was not charged which caused a dead cell in battery. Got ahold of ***** again and he said to bring it back apologized and would fix it for free took the quad back down the following wednesday 7/26/23 which my girlfriend took it to them said they were closed that week and then the next week due to some type of events they were sponsoring. Had called several times with no communication whatsoever from the shop or the owner then had my girlfriend ******** call and they said it would be done by August 10th 2023 went and pick up the quad agrain on the Aug 10, 2023 test drove it seemed to work. Once we got to the track the quad didn't shift kept stalling out and come to find out they used silicone sellent for parts as well including housing wrong screws and so forth have pictures to prove what they did broke the casing on the quad didn't run at all. They cracked the radiator casing and also everything that they did supposedly wasn't done right. I am not happy with this business had to take to another repair shop to have it redone due to their lack of know how to fix my quad this could have turned into a very dangerous situation and for my daughter as well..
