      Damaged my car upon towing it and refusing to cover the damages even with lots of proof they caused it. Asked them to come back to tow it again to see if they can do it again without damaging it and they said no. Even though I’m willing to pay for the tow. The car is too low to be towed and shouldn’t have even been attempted. There is scrape marks on the road and my bumper and I have photos and videos of the car immediately before the tow. The damage is roughly $2500. Contacted them and they are telling me to put it on my insurance. No way. This is their fault 100% and they aren’t willing to prove it by trying it again in the exact same spot they did it before .

      I will never use sandy’s towing again. They never picked up my car after I called it in and they said they would be there in 90 minutes. I found out that they did appear but said they could not locate the car so the order was cancelled. It was right at wright state university. They never called me to tell me it was cancelled. After a day,the Beaercreek police had it towed it and impounded. I called sandy’s five times after that, ever day. I would speak to someone and they would say I will call you back. One time they told me the manager was at a funeral the next time the manager was on vacation. My total bill is700! Dollars and they still said there is nothing they can do about it! NEVER UsE THEM UNLEss you have extra cash you want to donate to a towing company.

      RACIST drivers and dispatchers! Blacks and women DON'T choose them! They don't care about your emergency and don't show up with the tools needed to solve all problems. Very very bad experience with them TWICE through GEICO. I have reported a complaint to never have them show up on the scene for emergencies ever again. Any company partnering with this company should be ashamed!
