5 starsA couple of months ago I had 2 entry doors installed by Windows Direct by ********. They are beautiful! I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors! ******** is a true professional and an excellent craftsman and very friendly! The job went so well I took advantage of Windows Direct 3 for 3 windows deal. My good fortune was to get ******** for the installation. As expected he did another wonderful job! Windows Direct representative Sarah came to make sure I was satisfied with the job. She is a true professional and very nice! If you need any windows or doors I highly recommend both Windows Direct and ********. I guarantee you will be very satisfied!Review fromRick & Leigh A

Brayden from BathsDirect USA did an excellent job remodeling my shower. It looks absolutely GORGEOUS!!! He communicated with me every step of the way. He also cleaned up and vacuumed every day before he left which was so awesome!Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

The installer did not do a good job in caulking my windows and couple of the screens needed repair. After talking to ***** she handled the problem and sent another installer to repair the windows. I dont remember the persons name but he did a fantastic job and my windows look so good. I have other windows that need replacing so I will probably use Windows Direct again.Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

Verified at top Newest Highest rating Lowest rating Raymond Z***** Overall frustrating experience thus far with this company and I say thus far because after one month and a half months from my initial install date, the project is still not complete. Original install date was in mid-December and it went relatively smoothly. Some materials were not provided to the installer to rehang my storm door. The installer stated he would return the next day to finish the job. He returned but the job was not completed. Since then, it has been nothing but a hassle. I had scheduled another appointment to hang the storm door on December 18th and was "no call, no showed". After I returned from the holiday period, a company rep reached out to inquire about my satisfaction rating. I informed them the job was not complete yet and so came another scheduled date to finish the project. The installer assigned to my project stated that he wouldn't need access to the inside of my house so I would not have to be present for the finishing touches. Turns out, that was, in fact, not true. I received a call informing me that the installer would need access to the inside of the house to finish. During that call, the installer and I established a time later that week to finish. When the day came, I was once again "no call, no showed". More of the same ensued until present day, in which the third time that I was "no call, no showed" by this company occurred. Also I'd like to mention that my storm door laid in the snow for weeks and there is still debris throughout my garden from the job.
