    In January 2025 l went in for a free exam and was told by Steve that I needed treatment so I paid a 2000.00 deposit. I call him about 3 different times ln February and March he never called me back. When l talked to Steve in March l wanted a refund and he said no! I have tried to contact a corporate office with no secucess. I would appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

    I have attached a copy of what I received. Steve know that when I came in to the clinic the shot they game me required a reversal drug because it was to strong! I wrote he a check for the services on the attached paper work and have only received the ***** cream and I told Steve that l didn't want the rest because I need the reversal drug.
    To let Steve know this is why Jesus said when He comes back He is going to Burn this world down because of people like Steve that has taken advantage of his people. So Steve screw me if you want to Jesus is coming sooner than you think! 2Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise and the elements will be dissolved with fire and the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. So do what you know is right.

    May 2024. Was charged for a year treatment. Received 1 month of meds and no follow up treatment. No response to complaints. Finance company is trying to collect for incomplete services. I want a refund for incomplete services.

    Went in for erectile dysfunction. Got injected in the private area with a needle. They wanted $8158.00 dollars up front. their solution was to inject myself three times a week. Went home and slept on it and called them at 10;00 am the following morning and told them that i did not want the service. Someone from the company stated that they had already placed a pharmacy order it could not be stopped. the next day a got the pharmacy order and returned it with the other supplies back to them. They took my drivers license at the beginning and left the exam room. i believe they ran my credit. I believe that this is a scam. I contacted them less than 24 hrs later to cancel.

    I just want my credit card refunded ,I tried to cancel my deal with them before I even left the office ,I told them I didn't want to go threw with ,because i wanted to talk to my doctor about their product ,before I left the office ,they told me he had to get his main office to get them to adjust my credit card for the amount, he wasto talk to them ,and they would call me ,of course I did not receive any call from the ,I did not receive any product from them ,so I want my credit card refunded

    2/19/24 Per customer phone call he did not receive any medications etc. at the office, he told business he wanted to cancel but they said it had to be handled by their corporate office and he has heard nothing from anyone

    This is a result of an initial visit yesterday June 29, 2023 from 3-5 pm. I am writing this post to protect myself. I have no other way of emailing them to start a paper trail. I had my initial visit and free treatment less than 12 hours ago and was excited by the results. But since I have had physical issues which caused me to call their emergency line. I am sure this rare reaction could be just me and my body and I am not suggesting others would have the same discomfort and issues I am having, but I am having them. I was told to come in and see them and we could discuss it at the office, but also, shucks, they were booked solid today and probably can't get me in until after the holiday. I was told to call after 9am to see when they could see me. The problem is, that will give them time to avoid the appearance of reasonable recission and go ahead and process the order for the drugs I will Not be taking. Being heavily involved in litigation and legal cases as part of my job, I know it is in my best interest to put in writing that I am warning Proactive Men's Medical Center to NOT order medication for me. I will not be picking it up next week. Unfortunately I just read in all the paperwork they gave me that there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstance.... This will be fun for the lawyers. I had an averse reaction and am scared to death to take any more doses, so please do not process my order. Do not have the medication prepared for me and do NOT have it shipped to your office for me to pick up next week. If you do follow through with the order, I will not be picking it up or paying for it You are on notice.

    I visited Proactive Mens Medical Clinic on July 8th and was Soto pay $ 149. fee as noted on radio. However when I was leaving they told me the balance was over $ 7000.
