    We received a cutting board from this company for Christmas from a family member. Our last name was misspelled on the cutting board. It was spelled right on the shipping label and the order form, but not on the cutting board. We sent 4 emails and we made one phone call over the course of a month and a half to try and see if we could get a cutting board with our last name spelled right. Unfortunately every email and the phone call, in which I did leave a message with the order number and all pertinent information, was ignored. This company apparently cares nothing for customer service or satisfaction. I have told my family member to seek a refund from his credit card because this company will most likely not respond to any emails. I would never recommend this company.
