  Had a beautiful trex deck installed better than expected. I have other projects and they will be the ones doing them

  Do not trust this company they are unreliable and give excuses as to why they can't show up but quick to take your money. Took over a year and heard every excuse and lies as to why they couldn't finish our project and we just took to court and there is an unpaid judgement that they have failed to pay....

  0 Stars! Well my story is the same as the other 2 ***** that have posted. On 3/23/22 ***** from Joseph Home Services & Improvements came out to my home to give me an estimate for a back deck. I was quoted a price that included a 12x14 deck, railing, steps and installing a door. He requested a deposit that was half of the cost for the total project, which I paid as a deposit and for materials. It took until 5/13 to get them out there to even start the project after telling me they would be there in 2 weeks. They showed up and over the course of the next week or so the finished the deck. I paid them in full for the work that had been done at that point. (Door was never started) BUT, they built my deck over top of my dryer vent and only outside water faucet. Completely covering both... they did not finish the railing and I have been trying to get them back out to my home since May to at least put the railing on the steps and extend the water faucet out from under the deck so I can use it... ******* They have given me excuse after excuse and still no show....I will be taking legal action. These guys seem are total ********, they are doing this to everyone and we all just let it go... they take the money and NEVER finish the project. We need to file a civil suit against him so he can't keep doing this. He ********** ***** ********* ** *****!!! DO NOT USE!

  ****************************** project started in May 2021 and, twelve months later, only one-third complete.Work that was done was delayed several times using every excuse in the book including too hot.Throughout process, there were multiple NO SHOW/NO CALL dates and discrepancies about material including availability and delivery.Bottom line: BUYER BEWARE; unprofessional at best.Ive decided to cut my losses & find another contractor.Bottom line, unresponsive, unreliable and unprofessional.
