- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We have written agreements with all of our clients which clearly spell out the terms of our performance obligations, cancellation policies, payment terms, etc. In the event we have to cancel a performance due to an act of God or illness of a performer, we provide 100% refund to the client of any prepaid funds. The client is asked to pay a retainer/deposit prior to our beginning work on a project, and some or all of that payment is subject to no or a partial refund in the event the client cancels the event. The funds retained by us are considered liquidated damages due to our inability to accept other work offered to us for the date in question, and due to the amount of work already done for the client prior to the performance date. Under some circumstances we reserve the right to allow such a client to apply the retained funds toward a future date within one year from the original scheduled date.
