  Horrible Experience Placed an order with Gokeyless.com. They send half the order without ever notifying me that half of the items were out of stock. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Don't waste your time and money dealing with Gokeyless.com

  My name is Jonathan Davis, and I work with GoKeyless as the Director of Customer Experience. I want to begin by expressing my sincere apologies for the unpleasant experience you had with our company. We always strive to offer positive, seamless, and successful customer service, and it's disheartening to hear that we didn't meet your expectations or our standards of service. In order to process our orders as quickly as possible, we normally ship all items on the order as soon as they are available. When specific items are on back order or require services to be rendered, they will arrive separately from any items that are available for immediate fulfillment unless the order has been requested to be shipped complete. I deeply apologize for the lack of communication on the lead time for the remaining product. We are currently implementing new automated systems this year to ensure that all of our customers are up to date at all times on the full status of their order. If you are willing, I would love to hear your feedback on your interactions with our Customer Service staff so that we can make the necessary improvements and ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience working with our team.   Zach Tracey was so helpful from beginning to end! He gave me several things to try in response to my problem with a defective combination door lock but when nothing helped, he requested a replacement from Schlage in my behalf. My new lock is on the way- thanks to Zach and his help!!

  Our facility was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. I worked with GOKeyless to get our locks replaced and was given an extraordinary amount of attention to get this done as quickly as possible. Special thanks to Reuben Crane and Geoff McMillin for all of their efforts to help us get this accomplished. I especially appreciated all of their communications with me during this process. They were very professional and truly concerned about getting us taken care of. Many Thanks!

  My call was promptly answered and I was professionally assisted by Victoria who listened to my security needs and concerns, then advised me on the appropriate lock.
