We've just started the process of replacing our guest bath shower. We needed an unusual shape and *********************, the design consultant, made it as easy as possible. From choosing the wall surround design, to helping us with custom fixtures, he was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and he explained exactly what will be done and how they'll do it. He made us feel very comfortable with what to expect next from your company.

I purchased 8 windows from Window City Pros! From the front salesman, all the way to the installers- all employees and contractors for Window City Pros have been fantastic to work with. The installers were here at 9am and were completely finished, cleaned up, and out the door by 2pm (and they even took a lunch). *****, the lead installer, was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful to me and my husband with all of our questions and concerns. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and they did the best & fastest window install I have ever seen. Window City Pros by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for hiring skilled craftsmen to complete our project. Were extremely happy and would recommend this company to anyone considering new windows.Window City Pros

***************** and his crew did a fantastic job installing 13 windows on my house. You couldn't ask for a more professional job from installation to clean up. 1 starDO NOT RECOMMEND March 25th we signed the contract for our 12 windows. The lead time was 4-9 wks & the project should be completed in 14 wks according to their contract. Nov 15 they finished. The total project took 34 wks. June 9th, I started contacting the ************* directly. **** never responded, the office kept telling me it'll be 2 more wks or they should be on the next truck. Sept. 26th our windows were installed. They finished after 8pm, breaking a shash in the process. Since it was dark out we weren't able to inspect the work until the next day, finding countless issues. I call the ************ the production manager came out the next day. He noted that there were several peices that were not correctly installed and apologized for the mess. He cleaned up some of the glass in my driveway and some of the trash around the yard. He said they would make it right and redo the job. A couple of days went by and I heard nothing from them. I reached out to the office and spoke with ***. After stating what I thought to be a reasonable compensation for the numerous points in their contract they'd broken and all of the issues and cost I had out of pocket to fix everything, *** repeatedly told me that I was being ridiculous, entitled, did not live in the "real world" and did not understand how contracts worked and should re-read my contract. I took his advise and marked up the contract with points that were not followed and the lead time was over double and sent it back. Again no response. I called the office and asked to speak with ***'s manager. ****, the owner, told me they don't offer compensation & apologized that *** "hurt my feelings". By the end of the call he said they would send over a small compensation for the issues. The email was a settlement. We decided it was not worth accepting the settlement. About a week later a second crew showed up to re-install all windows. They found the stops for the windows were missing, had them reordered & installed Nov 15th.Review fromRaymond W

5 starsVery professional Explain the benefits of replacing the windows and the process in about their product the crew that came to install is very professional the time and deadline that they set was very accurate the windows you can feel the difference already in the house
