    This company stole $500 from us! Do not use them!!!!! I put a hold on for a date and canceled before they even sent me the contract and they refused to refund, or exchange for another service. I NEVER EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT! But they said giving them my credit card was good enough of a contract. They avoided my calls and played so many games. I can't believe these people are in business! HORRIBLE PEOPLE, THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

    In the service industry customer service is key and BVIP has zero. ***** took my reservation and wrote it up for the wrong date. Let’s consider this human error as I also missed it on the contract that I agreed to. One week before my planned trip I get a text from the driver that he’s roughly an hour out. I immediately called him and the office to inform them that they were a week early and my trip was for the following Saturday. I wouldn’t consider that a last-minute cancellation as I wasn’t planning for that date and I clearly wasn’t prepared with all my guests. The office lady told me I would have to speak with ***** on Monday and that’s when he pretty much told me I was SOL and out my $900. Let me tell you what a delight he is to work with (sarcasm). I tried to explain to him that it’s simply a human error on both our parts so what can we do about still getting the bus for the correct night. He about blew a gasket and started telling me how he didn’t do anything wrong and this was all my fault. I told him, you are correct I signed the contract and missed the error but they are the ones who wrote the contract up for the wrong date to begin with. I asked to speak with the owner, *****, over a dozen times and not once would he let me. He continued to be condescending and told me he had every call recorded and not once did I mention the 21st to him. Out of the dozen calls I had with this company, the only recorded call they would offer me was the original call where I called and asked for a booking and they said ***** would call back to discuss pricing. How come they won’t share the 31 minute call where I did the negotiations and booked the actual trip?! Let me guess, because it would prove that I asked for the 21st but the contract was written for the 14th. Once again, human error but own it as any reputable business would. You don’t treat your customers like pieces of **** and expect any return service from them or anyone they know!

    Terrible terrible company. Poor communication. Poor Planner. Left us very uneasy. Is a ****** based company and our wedding was in ******. They were aware of construction on Route 18, which has been occurring for well over a year. Made no accommodations and or proper planning for this and caused our wedding to start an hour late. Many events were missed because of them. Would never use them, have left reviews where ever I could. They talk like they know what they're doing and they were incapable of simply getting the Bride to the wedding on time. An hour late!!
