    A mutual customer signed a service agreement for IT equipment through Compucharts and therefore had to go through Compucharts for services. Compucharts did not have a local technician near the customer site and sent my company a work order after we had agreed on a price for services. *********************** at Compucharts promised payment but it was never sent. Calls to Compucharts go unanswered. I have only been able to reach the ********** who promises to pass the message along to Accounts Payable. The client states they are not obligated to pay due to the contractual agreement with Compucharts. After services were completed, the client declined to renew the contract as they also experience unanswered calls and poor service from Compucharts. With no motivation to retain the customer, ********************** is ignoring my requests for payment due. I would not advise a business to engage in sub-contract work with this company unless you are paid upfront for goods and services. ****************, ***
