    I took my car into Ridge Engine Machine and Repair 10/31/22 and received an estimate. not long after I dropped my car off to get my engine rebuilt. I purchased a warranty at this time in case there would be an issue within the future. When I got my car back it wouldn't start. When this issue was sent to Ridge Engine Machine and Repair, they told me that the engine didn't work because of a contracted company that pulls engines out of cars for Ridge to repair. I then sent my car for a second opinion where I was told that the engine couldn't have just been rebuilt and gave me and understanding of other issues with the engine. Ridge had all of the resources to pull out the engine yet told me to find the contracting company to pull the engine and pay for the tow to get the car there and back and pay for the company to plug the engine back into the car. He didn't offer his resources until he got notice of a court date. I came out of pocket thousands just for my car to not work.

    If there is a problem with Engine we have no problem working with him. We are waiting for the auto shop to let us know what the issue is.
