On 9/4/24, I authorized a payment of $99 to the Project Management Institute for the **** Exam Prep course with the understanding that I could access the course at my convenience. As with most online learning modules, I expected to be able to make progress on the course and have that progress saved so I could continue my progress in future *********** date, I have contacted the *** Support team 4-5 times requesting a fix to what I've been told is a "known issue" with the course not saving one's progress. I have gotten different responses from each person I spoke with, having some warn me to only access the platform on a single device, then later being advised to use a different device to solve my ********** the end, the one consistent response I've received is that I'm expected to complete the course in one sitting. The course is 155 questions set to take 3 hours time, which is a lot to expect of anyone. At no point prior to my contacting PMI Support was it disclosed to me that the course needed to be completed in one session, and I feel that this is deceptive and dishonest. I am now missing nearly $100 for a course on which I cannot make meaningful progress. I ask how this business can advertise a service as being on-demand and at the same time require that service to be accessed in its entirety in one session.
