    16 months ago there was a decision to have a new server provided at our ************** We asked for a quote, was never given. We continue to ask for a , was told that quote was emailed but they could never pull it up and it expired. Could not show proof of this quote. Three after asking for a quote we give a $10,000 deposit at the end of the year in December for tax purposes (Pre) paying for our server. Ask for a quote never receive a quote. As time goes on our server we lose tons of thousands of dollars in revenue, ask for a quote was told that quote would be on the way. Another three months goes by and they still do not have a quote. Been waiting for six months with no quote and also giving a $10,000 deposit. We asked to be released from our contract since they clearly have not been fulfilling the terms of the contract. And with multiple attempts to ask for a quote, ask for a quote ask for a quote and it never given. It was our belief that they were in breach of this contract and could not resolve the loss revenue and the lost patients from these inconveniences. We asked for a buyout of the contract, the buyout would be the entire contract amount which is not a buyout. Its just paying the full. Weve used attorneys to try to negotiate there is no negotiating. This company then added on $25,000 in late fees for a buyout, was never stated nor put anywhere in writing. It is our opinion that this is a malicious number just to cause pain, Been trying to negotiate with attorneys now for the past 10 months, there is nothing they can do to fix or resolve the loss ofpatience and also how rude and inappropriate they were to employees. Their answer is for me to replace my place or find new employees so that waythey can work with the IT company They thrown suit me if I leave the contract. This is why Im trying to buy it out and do it reasonably for a reasonable amount We still have two years left on For your contract, weve been in dispute for 10 months.

    You referred this matter to your legal counsel in March of 2024. Because of that action, the response Maumee Geeks can offer through the public forum of the BBB is limited, as all communication regarding this matter needs directed to your attorney. Since March 2024, you have been in possession of paperwork to change IT providers. Legal counsel is ensuring that all fees and contract matters are being handled per the terms of the signed agreement. We have not heard back since our last communication to your counsel in December 2024.
