Signed the contract in March 2023, project started May 8th, completely finished the project July 5th. I texted the project manager at the time ***** on August 9th about something that needed fixed including the cracks in the ceiling, they weren’t able to come out until October 13th to look at the issues that came up, they put mud on the ceiling and a couple of other spots that were sunken in. He was supposed to come back on the 19th but his truck was not working. I did not hear anything back from him until November 1st that he was no longer working for the company. At this point, I was very annoyed and just had my step dad reach out the owner to try to get the issue resolved. He has not been very responsive but we did get someone to come out and try to fix it three times, and the ceiling continues to crack. I paid a lot of money (16,500 to the contractor and about 6,000 in materials such as a bathtub, flooring, sink, counter, mirror, ect.) to have this bathroom done and all I am asking is that the ceiling be fixed properly so that the current cracks are fixed and it does not crack anymore. One the contract it states that I have a lifetime warranty on product/ service (see attached) so I don’t understand why it is so hard to response back. I understand that they have already been paid in full but they should be responsive to this issue. I have tried to resolve this issue with them and I am tired of the issue not being fixed.

    Business Response

I was just contacted on Monday the 15th of January that there was an issue. I stated to her via text  I would come over and take a look at what her issues were. We have been completed with the job now for 3 1/2 months and I have never received anything on any issues or it would have been taken care of.

    Thanks,

    Better Business Bureau:

I was in contact with ***** the contractor who did the work.  I wasn't getting any where so I contacted **** *****.  I just want it fixed because I paid him alot of money for this renovation and its a sloppy job!  Plus the tolet is nicked and cracked, the trim is not nailed in that needs fixed (there is a piece of trim missing under the vanity). Then the ceiling they did a half way job you can see all the fade marks from it not being painted properly.  So please get this right.  I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you,
