  3 hours ago New Jake and the crew at Mastertech are phenomenal. I went in for what I thought was something simple but I know nothing about cars. lol. I was concerned because I was on my way to work and I didn’t know how I was gonna get there with my car situation so I went into Mastertech. Jake was there at the front desk and was on it faster than I could even imagine and they let me a loaner car And told me that they would look into what was wrong with my vehicle and they would get back to me later that day they got back to me and not only did they get back to me about the situation. I brought my car in for, but they also inspected my car all the way around to make sure my car was safe enough for me and my children. I was completely shocked at how much work needed to be done on my car and Jake not for once dad and I and was there explaining everything so easily he also had different means to pay for my car so that it would be able to be fixed. They had different payment options That I didn’t know if I would qualify for or not but Jake went above and beyond to make sure that we basically used every resource possible so that my car could be fixed Jake and his team went above and beyond to fix my car and to make sure I was a happy customer and that’s me Made me anxiety so much better I would definitely recommend Mastertech to anybody. They are they are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure that your questions are answered and everything is smooth sailing. I didn’t expect to be able to get a loaner car. I didn’t expect to have answers the same day and I didn’t expect them to go above and beyond to check my car to make sure everything was gonna be 100% satisfaction to my liking for me to be able to be safe on the road so I recommend Mastertech to anyone out there

  MasterTech did some front end repair to my 2015 BMW. Afterwards, car broke down and had to be towed to dealership. It was discovered that the part MasterTech installed failed and had to be replaced. Ash advised that I email a copy of the dealership repair, which I did on 11/1/23. They agreed to refund $2,100 for failed front end repair, towing cost, and for replacement of two front tires that were damaged due to misalignment. So far so good. Since then I have emailed several times and called MasterTech and left messages for Ash. Absolutely no response. Sorry for the poor review but it is not good business practice not to even acknowledge receipt of the invoice that was requested.

  They serviced my 2001 convertible that Ford dealership wouldn't touch (parts not available). They located parts and did the repair in a timely fashion. When a minor issue surfaced, they corrected it without charge.

  Amazing auto repair shop. Saved me a lot of money from other local garages to get my vehicle fixed up same day!! Always will be trusting this place! Ash and all the techs working are always so helpful and take the time to help somebody that knows nothing about how cars run. Thank you!!!!!
