      Macys will not honor their worry no more warranty. Never buy furniture from Macys. So disappointed in our purchase.

      They are the worse in customer service. I placed my order for same-day delivery and 4 days later i received part of my order. After i call looking for my order it seems it was never shipped. As the customer service person was getting ready to ship my stuff, she gets back on the phone and tells me that I have to wait 10 days before she can reorder it. Then after the 10 days i have to call back and then it will take 2-3 more days to receive my items or get a refund and the refund will be **** days...if i could give below 1 rating i would. This is the second time they have done this to me.

      I will never shop at Macy's ever again. I ordered on line, two pairs of shoes. One pair came ahead of time, but I'm still waiting for the second pair. Twice, after trying to chat with an agent, I was told their system was down and to try again in 3 hours. Next, I finally reached a live rep who told me they would be delivered tomorrow. You know how you get that feeling he was lying and just wanted to get off the phone? Well tomorrow came and no shoes. Talked to another live rep and asked for a credit. I learned the shoes were from a third party. Macy's had prepared a shipping label but had not received the merchandise from the 3rd party. She asked me to wait 5 more days and if they had not come in she would call me with a resolve. Looking at the above complaints, looks like it wont be a credit. I don't want a Macy's gift card because I don't want to ever do business with them again. Wished I had seen the reviews before I placed my order. Always thought Macy's was a bit more high class ---- I guess not.

      I made an almost $400 purchase back in Feb. Waited for my order and it never came, called customer service and she said that the items were out of stock so they sent me a gift card instead of refund it back to my bank card which to me, mad no sense. I had no choice but to use the gift card on something else and just want to get it over with by ordering my daughter a dress which was too big ( we ordered the size that was suggested online) we sent it back and later was sent a CERTIFIGATE in the mail which CAN NOT be used online and we have to go in the store to make the purchase? Why wasn't I given a choice to begin with?. Needless to say , they can keep the certificate and we WILL NEVER support Macy's again EVER. WORTHLESS

      I've spent 26 HOURS trying to contact Macy's to check availability of a product. Multiple Macy's stores DO NOT EVER answer their phones. I have called customer service and get routed to people in *************** who cannot answer my question, put me on terminal hold, or else route me to a mall concierge who has nothing whatsoever to do with Macy's! There is no way to contact corporate Macy's with a complaint, either by phone or by email. This is shockingly bad customer service. What has happened to Macy's? Are they on the verge of bankruptcy?

      I was invited to get a Macy's Credit Card, and told that I'd save 25% off my purchases. I *wasn't* told that that 25% was only up to $100! I was also told the savings would come on my credit card statement - so I had to wait weeks before seeing that the expected savings ($250) would actually only be $100. When I called to complain, I was offered $10 as a consolation, but told that they couldn't offer more than $100 and that they were "sorry" I was not told about the $100 limit when I opened the card.Disappointing and frustrating. I've closed my credit account with them.

      I am trying to order a pair of shoes during their 'friend' sale .... I select size went through how I want to pay for item right when i go to order says they are not available? I go to order again doesn't go past next screen not available try size below same thing but size says there in stock.Why are the size just not crossed out to they are sold out. Total waste of time ordering items that I can't order! At least just do a backorder and ship at later date. It doesn't even have that option.
