    Hello, this is ***** ******. My address is *****************************************************************. My case number is **********. I was calling in to report the storage unit called the addition that's on ***************** in ******, ****. They put an extra lock on my storage unit and telling me that I got to make a payment each time that I want to get into my storage unit or into my unit and then hitting me with a bunch of late fees even though I pay them $75 a month and I'm paid up in full. I have been entrapped in this place. I've had to climb underneath the gate because their gate code that they gave me does not work and Then when I when I want to leave their premises, there's no there's no Computer or anything to put the code in for the gate that open So I would like something to be done about this. I just I just know it's very unprofessional. I've them I've asked them for their to speak with their boss they refused to let me speak with their boss they don't seem to want to resolve this issue they expect me to the bill give them money just whenever I go there just to get into there get into my unit and when I got in the storage unit it was only a one set payment each month for 30 days is $75.     Thank you for the information. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the allegations presented.

    Attached, please find the lease for the complainant's unit, the ledger showing that the complainant has not made a payment since January, and notes from the conversations that our team has had with the complainant and the verbal abuse that has taken place. 

    We also have footage of the complainant gaining illegal access to the facility when locked out for non-payment. As he stated, the gate does not have a keypad on the inside as it is automated and opens when a vehicle approaches the exit. As the complainant did not drive into the facility, but gained illegal access, he was unable to operate the gate from the inside.
