    ***** ****** Jr, owner of R & R Construction in Marion Ohio, I believe along with his dad ***** E ****** SR. ***** Jr came out to my house on April 28, 2024 and gave me an estimate for replacing my deck. He said he needed half down to get the supplies.

    He came back on Monday April 29th, 2024 alone. He began tearing down my deck, my son went out wanted to help since ***** was alone but he has a bad hip and only did the railings that were lose and easy to take off. My son paid ***** $1250 for supplies. He tore my deck down, left it all in the middle of the yard. Said he had to go to Marysville to get the trailer to haul the wood away and has never returned.

    I called him several times, IF he answered the phone it was always an excuse that his truck broke down, he lost my phone number etc. Today is May 6th and he has not showed up, called me, or returned my $1250. My son and others had to cut and move the wood out of the middle of the yard.

    Now I have to pay someone to haul it away plus find a reputable company to build the deck. **** ****** Jr, lied when he said he needed the money for supplies. He took my $1250 and never returned and never planned on returning. Every time I call now he does not answer the phone. He is friends with my son on Facebook, if he lost my information he could have reached out to my son to get in touch with me.
