    I went for an estimate for wheel bearings & an alignment. He wanted $383 for one side . That was an estimate. I didn't have that done. but he did the alignment before the bearings were done. That cost $55. I want a refund of $55 for that alignment.

    Business states the following:

    Consumer brought vehicle in needing and alignment.  This was completed and after alignment was completed, we told consumer that he needs wheel bearing done (probably because of the state the vehicle was brought in).  Consumer took his vehicle to a small shop, had a quote done there for the wheel bearing and came back wanting us to match that price.  I stated to consumer that I was unable to match the price because we use better parts and offer a warranty on our work, unlike a small shop.  He was upset with this and threatened to file a complaint.  We completed the alignment work for the agreed upon price and will not be refunding any money.
