      I signed up for medcerts and was lied to.. They also have bad communication and tried to take more money from me. They have a 3rd party vendor who messed up my payment from my grantee and made my program difficult to get through with constant booting from the program. When I tried to fix these issues and report as well as get to the bottom of things, they didn't get back to me or communicate error on their part when I did and were very unprofessional. I was also told I could switch each program if it didn't fit within so many days of starting each one even a dual program. They are now staying its not true and I need to talk to my student advisor who won't respond. The student advisor randomly messaged me and when I stated the issues I was ignored complete.

      Our company is Med-Cert in ***** *******, Ohio and we sometime get customer calls and complaints about "Medcerts," **********************) a company that provides online training and is not affiliated with us. They are based in ********. Please let me know if this is the case.
