    Felled tree damage while on our property while they were felling trees on a piece of land here in ******* ****. I'm hoping they take care of the damage.

    First of all, we were not on your property. We cut a tree on your neighbor's property and a gust of wind came and that tree fell into one of your trees and broke a limb off of it. I have been in contact with you several times, and asked you what would make you happy. I am willing to pay for the damage, however, that tree has very little value (actually zero for me). I have offered to pay you 3 times the value of the tree and you didn't seem to think that was enough. Looking forward to your response so we can make you a happy homeowner once again.
