    Similar to other complaints. Was charged for a purchase for which I received a shipping label, and tracking number, but package has never been ready for pickup by UPS. Have called and left several messages and emailed with no contact back.

    Placed an order on 12-10-22 for 2 different boxes of ammo order #****. One box of 9mm 124gr and one box of 9mm 147gr. I received my order 1-5-23 which one box was wrong. They sent a box of 9mm 115gr. I left a voice mail with no response. I then sent an email with pictures of the 2 boxes, packing slip, and a copy of order. No response. I emailed back 1-17-23 and said no one is getting back to me. Do I need to contact my credit card company? I received my 1st response on 1-17-23 stating they will ship out the correct ammo with a return label. I have received nothing as of 3-28-23. I emailed and called a few more times after 1-17-23 with no response and still have the box of 115gr wrong ammo. I paid more money for the box of 147gr than a box of 115gr. So I'm double screwed that I have the wrong ammo and paid more for the correct ammo. How do I get them to fix this problem?

    I placed an order with Peak Performance on 11/24/2022 for $367.52.order number ****. After not hearing anything for over a month I started emailing them with no response. Finally on 1/26/23 I got a response and order said it shipped with a ups tracking number that just says label created delivery date will be provided when picked up. Order still says the same thing today 3/9/23. I can't get anybody to answer the phone or return emails. I would like to just get the order delivered or full refund.

    I purchased ammunition from Peak Performance on 11/25 (Black Friday). I was sent an email from Peak on 11/30 stating my package had shipped. I was sent a tracking number from UPS. Upon tracking that package, there was only the alert “Shipping label created”. I called UPS assuming there was an issue on that end. They state they have not taken possession of said package. I sent multiple emails to Peak Performance sales stating all of this to no response. I sent FB messages to their page with no response. I researched if any others have had problems only to find a FB page dedicated to those who have made orders with them and never received any thing. This page was started back in August of ‘21. I have made purchases from this company in the past with no issue but would seem that they have taken a different route and started accepting orders and money without sending out the goods promised. I have attempted to make contact in different avenues without success so it comes to this. My purchase price with tax and shipping is a little under $400.

    I placed order #**** for $521.97 worth of ammo on October 2, 2022. The order was put into "shipped" status on October 16, 2022, but it never actually shipped. I emailed and asked for an update on October 29 and Jason B******* replied with the following message... "*****, this package may have come up missing from our outgoing. We will get another package heading your way this week while we review the video for the day they were set to leave. Sorry fo the delayed response. Thanks in Advance Jason B*******" I followed up the next day to say "thanks", and didn't hear anything back. I followed up again on November 14, November 18 and again today, November 23. I've had no response since the original reply and, based on other's experience with this company, it appears I may not get anything. If there's anything you can do to help either get my order fulfilled, or a refund, I would appreciate it. Thank you!
