    My understanding is this builder is now out of business. He was highly recommended, and so we did not do our homework. Took 15 months to build our 1,700 SF home. We have had water in the basement and he refused to even come look. He left the job without final finishes. We had to have someone else come in and do a final punch out list. When we met with him to start the building process, we were led to believe he had a qualified crew. The “crew” was his sons. Never worked past 3. Left the job site daily a mess. Lesson learned.

    This builder was a total disaster with my house from start to finish. I have tens of thousands of dollars of repair work that needs to be done due to bad work. I have had water come inside my house in different areas 15 times or more from poor workmanship. Holes were left and just covered with boards so mice and everything else can get inside. At one point I had mice falling from my ceiling into my great room and we found a 12 inch by 6 inch size hole leading to the outside that was just left. Part of my roof needs cut off and reframed because water is coming down an inside wall. My logs are so heavily damaged from pressure washer scars and there was one coat of failing stain put over top of it. The entire house needs hand sanded and new stain applied to fix it. Windows were just shoved in and seals were cracked so they leak. This was a very expensive project that I spent a premium price on and then quite a bit more. I did not get good work at all. We have boards that warped and bowed so bad they needed torn off and replaced. They got their money and disappeared. This was not my first big construction project but defiantly the last with this builder. I do not recommend them at all.
