    Precision Hardscapes were contracted on November 27, 2023 to do a small step area and a walking paver out to a fire pit. They completed the job in December and left a pile of dirt and said they will be back to get it… which never happen- I called and text and they kept putting that off. Then Jun 5 I notice that one of the pavers were cracked and called about it to be fix plus get the dirt- still didn’t come out… company mgt said they were really back up please give them some time. Then we found that the steps were not glued down properly - which could cause an injury. We found this on July 5. The owner said they will be out to fix it but they are having lots of employees issues and working 6 days a week. Well if one of us get hurt from these stairs we plan on suing for damages.

    Yes I did reach out to **** but did not get a response. I wanted to let him know that day was fine and I will be available.
