    transaction was in december 2021/ january 2022. $9300 was paid. new roof started leaking and would not come back to finish, the temporary fix he made to one area is rigged with silicone and torn shingles, the wood replaced was done incorrectly and only random chunks added, it shows light through to the outside at night, we now have inside water damage also. he does not return phone calls and said there is 4 year workmanship warranty on the job but won't come to do anything about it.
