      I had a scheduled appointment to be treated at 8am. My paper i received from them states they would be at my residence at 8am and that is when i was to be out of the apartment. At 7:40 the pest control guy didn’t knock and just walked into my apartment as i was asleep. i had stayed up ALL night to get the house ready for him and was doing the finishing touches this morning. he was disrespectful and TOOK PICTURES OF MY HOME WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! i am outraged. he is saying since i didn’t have everything properly done, which i was going to have finished before he got here at 8am, and now i was billed $300 and my apartment wasn’t even treated. my small children were here and i felt very disrespected.

      In regards to the above complaint. The customer did have an appointment scheduled for 8:00 am on 01/12/23. This means she is to be out of the residence @ 8:00 am. Our technician showed up there @ 7:45 to go over the apartment to see if it was ready for treatment. He did wake the tenant up but she answered the door and let him into the apartment. We do not just enter an apartment!

      This apartment was not prepped according to our checklist ( see attached) and there was no way she would have gotten that apartment ready in 15 minutes. When a resident is not prepped and is going to be charged the $300 non compliance fee we are required to take pictures. I have attached pictures of the apartment showing why she was not treated that day. It states on the checklist she was given prior to treatment that she will be billed $300 if the unit is not properly prepped for treatment and the pictures show she was not.
