    On 10/1/23 I made a reservation Confirmation number: ************ I unexpectedly had to cancel our. I called the ###-###-#### number I obtained from the website on 11/2/23. I explained we had an unexpected kitchen emergency… electric/gas that was going to prevent us from traveling. The individual I talked to on the phone on 11/2/23 at 637pm was very helpful and said she guesses she should offer a full refund. I conveyed my gratitude and she took a few moments and indicated she was confirming the refund and said there you go. I was so grateful and indicated we would definitely be rescheduling for next year and she even shared that scheduling would open in December. I received an email on 11/2/23 that said my cancellation had been received and if due a refund it would be in the next 5-10 business days. As per the phone call I fully expected a refund. On 11/14/23 I emailed the campground using the email on their website inquiring about the refund. I have had no response to my email and no refund. I sent another email today 11/18/23 asking about follow up.
